Hospice Giving Foundation, an independent foundation established in 1997, provides leadership and resources to ensure exceptional end-of-life care is available and accessible throughout Monterey and San Benito Counties.
Hospice Giving Foundation’s primary functions are to fund nonprofit providers of end-of-life care including bereavement support, to provide public education for planning and preparedness, to inform community members about options for care, as well as to invest in and support county-wide efforts to improve the system of care through multi-discipline collaboratives and work groups.
