As a California Nonprofit Benefit Corporation, EHC delivers Mindful Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP): a clinically proven, deeply human approach to healing that uses the unique sensitivity of horses to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, and build lasting emotional resilience.
